Memebox - Luckybox #5 Unboxing

I'm about 2 weeks late with this post, as I received this package a while ago. But better late than never right?

I hadn't heard of Memebox until end of April or so. I read about it from a fellow blogger. I love the concept of receiving a number of different skincare and makeup items to try out. Similar to Glossybox or Ipsy, Birchbox etc. I find Memebox to be far more superior. Not only do you get some full sized items and deluxe samples, all products are solely Korean.
Granted, you are paying a lot more than $10 for Ipsy or Birchbox, Memebox gets you more 'bang' for your buck. You also have the chance to choose which box you want and interests you the most, whereas the other monthly boxes, you are subscribed to a monthly service and some of them are a hit and a miss.

Anyway, onto Memebox haul. I ended up ordering Luckybox #5.

Let's take a further look at my goodies!

Firstly, I'll go into more detail about Memebox:
"Offering consumers the utmost freedom, steering away from the traditional subscription-based programs offered... Order from Memebox only when you want to, as often as you want to. In addition to our box series, Memeshop carries full-sized products featured in previous Memeboxes, offering easy access to Korean cosmetic trends"
They have 3 different box series. Luckybox, Superbox and Memebox.
Memebox - The original box with 4-8 full sized products and deluxe samples, from different Korean cosmetic brands.
Superbox - contains the most full-sized products. They're also the most expensive, as the boxes are themed and cater to different concerns. Pores, Summer, Waterproof makeup, Green Tea skincare, etc.
Luckybox - contains the most popular items from Memebox, with a few new products put in.

As I had mentioned, I purchased Luckybox.

Packaging
Memebox is so incredibly well packaged. I've from bigger companies before and their packaging (including the shipping package) isn't as nice. Aside from the little dent on the side of the box, everything was undamaged.
I also love how bright it is. Definitely makes the box stand out more.
Funny story, I had this shipped to my workplace, and all my coworkers thought I bought cupcakes.

I haven't had the opportunity to try out all the products yet, but I am incredibly excited. For my first box, I received an amazing amount of products. 3 of them are full sized, while the rest are deluxe samples. This is definitely worth the money, and I have already ordered another box!

Above are all the products I received. The full products:
1. Mask sheet
7. Dr. Jar V7 eye serum
8. O& Soap Berry Bubble Cleanser (no, it does not smell like berries-sadly)

Honestly, I am so beyond happy with these products. As I mentioned above, I have already purchased another box, and I already can't wait for it to come!
If you're on the fence about whether to order from them or not, I say definitely try them out! Luckybox is only $23 dollars, and right now, they have a promotion, sign up now and receive 10 points towards your next Memebox purchase. 1 point = $1, so you save $10 on your order!
There is a $6.99 standard shipping fee, but the $10 credit more than makes up for it. Not to mention, certain boxes give you more points. Memebox also gives you 5 points to spend every month or so. But the points are only there for a short time.
Either way, the shipping isn't too expensive and it comes quite fast. They're shipped from Korea, and you receive a tracking #. Standard shipping is stated as 14-25 business days, but I received mine within two business weeks.

Overall, amazing company and I will be purchasing from them again (already have!) As I said before, definitely a box to try at least once.
Luckyboxes are usually $23. When I signed up, I was given 2 points to spend. With the shipping fee and deduction, my Luckybox came to $27.99 CAD, no taxes or duty fees.

Have you ordered from Memebox before? Which box did you order? Have you tried any products shown?

    1. Thanks!
I hadn't actually heard a lot of these brands until I received them. Aside from Tony Moly and Dr. Jart, everything else was new to me.
Oh the bouncy cheese cream sounds really interesting! I opened the box to take a look, and the consistency is so different! I can't wait to start trying out these products and reviewing them.
